When I do it myself, there's a 99% chance I will orgasm. You might need more clitoral stimulation than you can accomplish with just yr hand. The clit is innervated by a whole network of nerves that snake out in different directions. For some women (like me) it's generally enough to stimulate the clit head, and anything beyond that is "bonus" territory -- but, LOTS of other women need stimulation over a greater *area*. Imagine having missionary sex with a guy who doesn't have much bodyfat, and think about the whole area where his lower abdominals ("Adonis belt") would press against you while he was fucking you.
