I'm just wondering.. like the thought of a guy shaking the remaining pee off of his penis to me just seems unsanitary.. no matter how much you shake it seems some wetness from the urine will get on ur underwear or dry up on your penis. this doesn't bother you?

nah I wipe until completely dry. I guess my problem here is when I think about a woman putting her mouth on a penis with previously dried pee still on it :/ I don't know
