I’m just curious if you sleep with socks on. Lol. I usually go to bed with them on but end up kicking them off during the night.

  • Not unless I'm winter camping or my heat has gone out at home, and even then not always. Your body regulates heat much better while nude under a sufficient amount of blankets than it will with clothing, especially clothing that is not consistent over the body.

    • My husband read that it can help regulate your body temperature when sleeping, drawing the heat out of your core and into your extremities. But I makes me feel the opposite. I'm sure it's keeping the heat in. Plus, it feels suffocating.

  • More times then not. And 99.9% of the time in the winter. My feet are usually freezing, which makes the rest of me cold. So many times I might try and not wear them, just to get up and put them on.
