  • Depends from person to person with many factors. Genetics, health.

    How much sleep you get throughout your life. Yep, that one matters a lot. It's harsh on your body getting little sleep per night. That tired/worn out look with big bags under the eyes. Getting 7-9hrs of sleep per night is very important.

    Mental state. Stressful life overall can be a big impact as well. Traumatic experiences. So much more to this one.

    Eating unhealthy junk food daily. I can go on about that topic. Artificial sugar and sweeteners for example are horrible for us. Fast food, candy, sodas, energy drinks, and so much more.

    Obesity or being overweight is harsh on our bodies, especially for long periods of our lives, and especially when older.

    As for genetics, some people are naturally born stronger then others. For example, my grandma is super obese and in her 70s, however her heart is somehow still healthy, and she eats junk food daily too.

    A lot more to how but that's enough, you get the point lol.

    • Forgot to mention about addicts, alcoholics, smokers. Those things holy shit make people look way older.

    Females have thinner skin biologically and therefore it wrinkles and ages quicker.

  • No, they don't. Men are just, by society, allowed to age.

    • @little_bumblebee Yes you are completely right, but I just wish women would age gracefully the way we do. Women look so much better without having the fillers or Botox

    • @Glenn603 I think it's a shame so many do use these things. And again, it's a big reason they do because wrinkles and old age are frowned upon on women a lot. But it's also dependent on where in the world you are. Like a small city in a small country, vs, Hollywood for example. Huge difference.

    Diet, physical activity, mental health, skin care.

    Women these days usually have men beat in better diet and skin care. Skin care is really important and underrated. You can look a lot older if you're always out exposed in the sun without sunblock and moisturizer.

    It's hard to say who cares more about age in general, but I think women. Women definitely have more pressure and seem to care about themselves looking more youthful, and they are worried about their biological clock when they go into their late 20s.

    Men do typically go looking for younger partners from a biological perspective, but they don't have the pressure of not worrying about aging gracefully as much.

Women loose attractivens earlier than men, based on men's preference for younger women, not biology. If you instead on the biological argument, then prove it, show us the science that says so?

  • girls tend to physically mature faster then boys. but if they maintain a healthy life style throughout their lives. girls can retain some of their youthful looks as they age. however it also depends on their genetics to some degree.

  • No, most people age at highly varying rates that not only change per person, but also changes throughout each person's life. Some people don't age at all, or only aged at certain points in their life, and some age very fast or very slow or anywhere in between. Some reversed the damage at times, others haven't.
