Like can a person go to jail for lying about that? Its just scary tbh. But i guess its no scarier than a closeted person not telling you they’re fcking the same sex on the side Or a straight person simply cheating on you with another straight person. This is not to bash the lgbt and so on but I just hope people are honest when dating. One girl just showed me a pic where the woman became a man and got some kind of adams apple surgery. Like wtf. I didn't even know that was a thing. It used to be the easiest way to tell what you were talking to. Man that’s some scary shit not just for us straight people getting played but for the trans safety for that matter they’re probably just as scared or even more scared that if they tell someone they’re trans that they might get beat up or worse just for telling the truth as they would be for shunned if they were honest regardless they knew all this before they switched so they need to be honest and accept the outcome cause playing with someone’s feeling and their sexuality by not saying anything until after sex or when into a relationship is very likely to be minimum a beat down putting some laws into effect on this might be best for all involved

I don't think it's fair to talk about getting "tricked" by trans people. What if somebody, for example, is infertile and isn't able to have kids. Should that be something they say on the first date? Will you want that person to go to jail for having "tricked" you?
Let trans people be, they've got enough shit to deal with without the constant suspicion. Try treating them with kindness and consideration when you find out that they're trans, instead of thinking of getting them thrown in jail or assaulting them.
If they can't have kids, they absolutely need to tell me within the first week because i absolutely discuss my passion for future motherhood that early on. And I've never mistreated a trans but i do make myself clear that i have no interest in dating one. And if one lied to me then yes i’d beat their ass for purposely misleading me because they had plenty of time to tell the truth so that i could bow out gracefully
