Sexual Health I heard both to be honest.
I will be 30 in a month and never been in any romantic or sexual relationships. I am curious if I would look even younger were I not a virgin.
I heard that it is unhealthy to be celibate for so long. If it is unhealthy it will make you age faster, right?
But is it really unhealthy?
On the other hand all the 27-30 year old women I know who have been sexually active since they were kids/teens don't look younger than me.
So if celibacy makes one age faster then why don't I look OLDER than my age?

I think it makes you age faster when you're not getting it I mean look at the picture of the old person
