There has been research studies on this. Very little correlation between big hands and big penis. Likewise for big feet and big penis, very little correlation. For tall men there is no significant correlation for having a large penis.

There is also slightly better correlation regarding men with a shorter length of the index finger compared to the ring finger. They tended to have a longer erect penile length.

As for me, I have a big nose and a ring finger much longer than my index finger. So the correlation is valid for me. I have a very long and very thick penis.
I don't know how true that is, i have soft hands and narrow fingers for a man, but I'm still quite well equipped.

It is entirely possible, likely even, that if we took a sample of 10 000 with small vs large hands the large hands would win in penis size. But well, it wouldn't be by a lot and it certainly would not be reliable.
The guys I know to be hung in real life have fairly normal hand size. Might even be teetering on a little smaller. Big noses though. Maybe noses can be the next thing we imagine indicates it? A few years too late for the sit on my face craze but hey. Why not.

No, it doesn't. Height seemed to offer some correlation, but that's also been shot down by plenty of anecdote (I've heard several girls say taller/ bigger guys have small ones). The only way she can know what a guys size is by seeing it in person- pictures can be deceiving.
For as long as anyone can remember, women in general have wondered if there was some clue in the male body that would give away the secret of his penis size. Most often it is the hands or feet of a guy that are thought to be indicators of the length of his erection. The thinking is that if a guy has large hands or large feet, his penis is also large when it is fully aroused. I don’t know if this is true or not, but I can only speak for my own anatomy. I am a guy who has long hands and long feet, and my penis measures 8.5 inches fully erect, which is longer than what is considered ‘average’. So, in my case, the “hands and feet-to-penis size“ correlation are actually true. But I do not know if this is true for all guys.

But here's something I understand to be true. If a man has pointer fingers as long or longer than his ring fingers, that is an indication that he has a penis in the larger range. My ring fingers are 1/2" longer than my pointers. :-(
I don't find this to be true, I have smaller hands and my penis is average to slightly bigger penis when hard.
