It is interesting to compare the pros and cons between female anatomy and male anatomy.
Uncontrollable erections are terrible as is the whole false narrative toxic to young boys to older men regarding "am I big enough". The teenage boy 'wet dream' shtick is also a pain and morning salutes can be embarrassing in certain situations.
Having a period once a month is not something I would want either.
If I had to choose, I think I would stick with the male anatomy. Add having to carry a child from conception through the mind boggling labor and delivery definitely confirms the male anatomy choice.
