Mooo!!! Something along those lines if they're huge. It does change depending on how they're dressed. I went to Wal-Mart the other week and saw this woman with massive watermelon sized titties, each one was bigger than her head, no bra, and a tube top. My mind went completely blank for like 10 seconds.
Completely forgot where I was, what I was doing and just saw those ponderous nipples sliding around, if she had asked my name or something I probably would have said some descriptor of what I was seeing like pink, perky, or something.
If I wasn't seeing everything except, I don't know, what her areola look like, I at least wouldn't have been struck dumb. She might have even had a face...
I would think of an approacing hurricane, and large coconuts are dropping from the trees as the warm tropical winds increase. And I would hope that none of those coconuts land on my noggin'!
I often get stared at while walking down the street, at the grocery store, in line at the pharmacy etc.
Having been in the very same situation (I've had a BR done) they get my very deepest sympathies.
