1. I look around my surroundings constantly. I scan the area around me.
2. I don't block my hearing with any devices.
If I do use headphones, I don't make the volume very loud and to compensate lack of hearing, I scan the area around me much more.

I hate being around people and an naturally jumpy so I do all of the knowing what's going on without reason and have for years. I always make sure my best friend knows I can pick her up if she goes out late at night both to save money and for her safety.

You mean severely sexually battered. Men in general, unless they are heavily autistic, have a fairly small personal space. But it's not much different than preventing thefts, you just move out, though with sexual assault you pretend nothing is happening, with theft you make goddamn sure they know you know what's happening.
But in general, you just move away and pretend nothing is happening, unless it's extreme sexual battery, then there's no pretending of slowly moving away. Like, she going straight to the cock shot that usually hits the balls as well.
