Generally, no! As you said once the nude is send consent is implied. Some guys may have kinks where they “need” to hear that consent specifically, but it’s not exactly because the guy is such a gentleman, it’s just a power & control thing. Either they are relinquishing their own power and are acting submissive, or they are claiming that extra level of control by insisting that the woman say “yes, I want you to masturbate…” Barring that however, no I would not believe a guy who said that he doesn’t masturbate to nude pictures without obtaining permission from the woman in the picture… so he never masturbates to amateur porn (which is VERY often submitted by angry ex-boyfriends) without the express written or verbal consent from the actress?
