There are guys who get raped by a woman, or molested by a man, and they have to deal with overcoming the psychological effects, just like women.
And men have various mental health issues that they have to overcome.
And it's because society tells them things like what you said, "does anyone care if guys get raped" or "guys can't get raped" or "why are you sad, just be a man", it causes men to bury their problems and make it worse.

It’s just nature’s cruel irony then men and women think differently and yet they are attracted to each other. Maybe it’s some sort of cosmological concept of magnetism of opposites attract. But do we really want to be in a committed relationship with someone who is our polar opposite? Is that tolerable? I don’t think so. Maybe for a quick fling to spark interest. But not a committed partner.
I know my biggest heartbreak of my entire life was from a woman who told me incessantly “how in love she was” and “how we think alike”. I didn’t say this to her, she said it to me. But there were complications that were mostly my fault (Peter pan immaturity at the time). But I really saw her as a soul mate on a certain level. I really thought that if we did break up we would either A) one day reunite B) have a lifelong underlying respect for each other. Maybe catch up as friends if neither one was in a relationship.
But I was wrong. Dead wrong. My gut has never failed me with women but it failed me with her. I was not just rejected but DISAVOWED. And it wasn’t about sex.
