Yes sometimes it depends on the way the toilet water comes out when you flush. (I don´t have a big dick). I think so because it happens to me mostly at home because our toilet shoots water from every point of the oval toilet opening downwards but when I´m at work it doesn´t happen.

When I've been to Canada I was shocked about how high the water is in the Toilets. Seems like a huge waste of water, but anyways. In Europe, there's no way a normal sized man would ever have this issue.
