I am not thinking about some crazy Nicki Minaj fake breasts, but just normal size like Adriana Lima. If a girl gets her breasts to be as big as hers and she was very vocal about that they aren't "real", would you stop dating her or would you find her less attractive?

I have dated girls with implants and it feels weird, it looks great, but feels weird, I feel like I will hurt them if I squeeze too hard.
Well girls don't like when you squeeze their breasts too hard anyway.

Even though I have natural boobs, I prefer how the fake ones look. They will never sagg. Besides, nobody should be judged. If I want implants, I'll get implants. Besides, I know many girls who have fake boobs and the gyus they have sex with enjoy them BIG TIME!
You can do whatever you want, I am not one of those guys that judge, I prefer small breasts actually, ridicule will always be there wherever you go whatever you choose to be. Good made breasts are ok. Bad made breasts are awful. I prefer natural but if it helps her to feel better and attractive with implants. Its ok. For a love relationship: I would love her either way and even love her more if she does what she thinkgs is right.
Fake boobs are not a complete nogo but definitely a downgrade

Instead of getting f silicone put in your breasts how about fat transfer. Gain some weight and get the fat removed and put into your breasts. Breasts are made up of mostly fatty tissue anyway. I heard there's some amazing doctor that does it and records his surgeries. Based on what I hear he hasn't botched anyway ever. There are other great surgeons out there too.
