Very short when flaccid. It hasn't got one single shape. It is on the thin side. I do have pubic hair: shaving them does not work for me. On the circumcision front, we have a bit of contraversy: I am uncut, but I love to simulate the circumcised look and feel. I keep my foreskin retracted 99% of the time.

Mine is perfectly shaped.. it's 7 inches long im circumcised with a perfectly shaped head and i know how to use it
