I've done it once after a malfunction.

This girl that I work with coming with me to do a coffee run for the rest of the office. We didn't speak much before then, but we were in there for about 2 hours. The first hour we talked about her life, her parents, her interests etc etc.

I noticed she was getting sweaty from the heat once it was stuck for a while. Seeing sweat drip from her onto her chest lit a spark somewhere and I made a move. Ended up having to escort her to the bathroom so she could clean out the massive load I dumped into her.

Most elevators have camera's in them these days.

Although this one time, I had a storage unit in an ancient building with a cargo elevator with no camera's and the metal gates you have to manually close yourself. If you unhook them a little bit the elevator stops between floors and you get privacy.
