*update* “Vitamin D” means getting laid. So yes, Sexuality is the correct category. But I guess it could also be put in Health. 😁

  • I got a vitamin D deficiency over here. My man has low testosterone due to his medication and isn’t interested in sex. He’s been going through a slump. No energy, no motivation, tired all the time. So mamma hasn’t been getting her biscuits. Hoping once he tappers off his meds he’ll want to get back to how it used to be. 3-4 times a week. But it’s hard for me too sense I have very low self esteem. I hate my body. I never feel sexy. And I’m not sure if he even finds me sexy or attractive at all.

    • @juicyred921 I’m sorry to read that. In this case, it’s definitely his little issue. I’m just sorry that the situation has made you feel bad, and I hope he is able to handle his responsibilities to you soon!

    • I know it’s the medicine. I’ve researched the side effects. But for some reason I still get paranoid that he’s cheating

    • @juicyred921 I understand. I get paranoid during football season when he doesn’t give me as much attention.

  • Get out in the sunshine, take regular exercise, even if it is walking 5 miles a day. It's the way that Vitamin D levels naturally build up in the summer. In the winter, yes you need to be more careful about eating the right things too as sunlight levels are lower.

  • What about Vitamin Cunnilingus? :P

    • Whaaat?

    • Wouldn’t that be Vitamin C?

    • Not for me 😌
