I have to say since middle School I would randomly have these strong sensations that were quite pleasurable whenever I would have a full bladder. It usually involved having to go but having to wait.

I felt awkward getting these random pleasurable sensations. The sensations would increase in pleasure when I finally would get to go. I wasn't doing this intentionally these are just random situations where I was stuck having to hold it.
Yesterday I was laying on the sofa waiting for the bathroom to be available I had one of those sensations again. the tingly sensation that travels down your loins to your toes & the other half up to your head. I got quite a warmth sensation go through me and my nipples became erect.

I'm thinking that has to be an orgasm but before I always dismissed it as who the heck gets an orgasm from pee. The bathroom was finally free. As i went it happened again. I happen to have my phone so I googled it.
Surprise there is such a thing called the pee orgasm. Why it took me so long to Google these symptoms I don't know just always assume I was over exaggerating the sensations.

You gave an excellent description of the situation.
