Don't let it get you down. There are always going to be people who have skewed realities about race and relationships. She's perhaps a bit materialistic and her reality (her personal life experiences -or lack thereof) have led her down a path that would seem both illogical and borderline racist to me or maybe you too. But it's ok for us all to have separate ideologies. My reality is probably pretty crazy to a lot of white people because my parents divorced when I was 6 and my mom married a black man with black children of his own and my sister and I grew up in an interracial home. I'm white but my "normal" is that I'm more in my comfort zone with black men than with white guys. We all have a history and a story and sometimes it's the most obscure things that lead us to accept/embrace realities that are suspect. You just keep being you and build on that, be secure with that, and you will find happiness I promise. Quality is easy to spot.
0 0 0 0im not black... but let me tell you I've seen far more worse and more hate from black guys towards black girls, it shocked me sometimes
and i know many black girls avoid black guys just for that reason. I don't know about that girl you're talking to but yea many black girls dont want black guys because they dont treat them right
I've seen a black man even say that black women have stood behind black men for the longest time and stuck by them despite the hating and bashing... some of them are just sick of it now
im not saying you're that type of black man... im just telling you there could be more than you can see
and also it could be just a matter of preference lol
if it makes you feel better, many other races PREFER black men over their own6 1 0 1Just because that girl doesn't like you, it doesn't mean you can't find a black girl or girls who are into black men.
Don't take it personally.
I'm black too and I like white guys. I don't think black men are worse than white men. It's just that for some reason I'm not attracted to them.
And I'm not ashamed of being black. If I was I probably would bleach my skin, which is something I will never do.0 0 0 0I've heard the same from black men 😂 lack of love in the community. I just move on since they clearly know what they want and it's not me.

If you aren't white, you usually get the short end of the stick. It doesn't matter if you are black, or any other race. If you're living in a white dominated country, you get all the shit for being non-white.
I'm not saying this with respect to women, but in general. White privilege still exists, and is thriving. Anyone who says otherwise, is usually a delusional white person.1 0 0 0I didn't know that one black girl speaks for the millions of others out there. I wouldn't take too personally as all are not like that.
You can join the many white guys that say they can't get a white girl cause they like black men.

6 19Society is a bad influence.
0 0 0 0You are not imagining it.
0 0 0 0Do you date black guys?
Before I married my s/o, I did.
So, you are currently married to a white guy, I assume?
Don't take it personally. They are the ones losing out. You sound like a great catch!!
0 1 0 0damn black girls can't win. In their community many black men don't like them and when they prefer to date out they're ashamed of being black? what? There are black girls who only date black men I've met them. Are black guys ashamed of being black for dating out?
0 0 0 0Those black girls in question has mainly been around the stereotypical "ghetto/thug" black man, and are not compatible with that style of person.
Most of these gals however, unless they have daddy issues or been a victim of a crime committed by a black man, will be open to a non-stereotypical black guy.1 0 0 0That's ONE black girl... do not generalize the whole of them.
0 0 0 0He's just talking about his life sample of black women that he has encountered, this trend is proving true and he is seeking answers. Nothing wrong with that.
@Prof_Don It's sad, VERY sad and quite ignorant but I hope this doesn't set the stereotype that ALL black women who are with/married to a white man think that black men can't be non ghetto/classy or they hate themselves... because I have a few relatives who are with/married to a white man and they still dated black men and they don't mind black men at all, they just found the one person they wanted to be with for the rest of their lives. NO they do not hate their black roots, and I am kind of tired of the stereotype being thrown around. I'm very sorry if I seemed to have taken things out of proportion. It is just that every time I hear that 'black women who date white men have deep self esteem problems' it kind of hurts me because they are kinda insulting a few family members of mine... :/
OIC that makes sense, the OP wasn't meaning to offend. He is just seeking answers about this pattern he has noticed in his lifetime. I posted an answer if you want to read it. :)
I think she has a misinformed view of black men, but she has the right to choose what she likes, I suppose.
0 0 0 0I understand people having a preference for a race when dating, even if its not their own.
But i dont understand how some people actually fislike the opposite sex members of their race. This seems to be true more often for women , than men..
I think there is more of an underlying issue when people dont date prople of their own race at all0 0 0 0Im a black girl and i approve
0 0 0 0How many black girls on this site like me?
3 0 0 00 if thats really u in your picture
Don't let that one girl get you down. The fact is, the vast majority of black women settle with black men and they tend to despise white men.
You seem like a good guy, there will be girls that will appreciate who you are.0 0 0 0Well, a white guy I know has a black girlfriend. They're both aspiring chemists and they've known each other for some times, so it's obvious it's a perfect fit.
I'd say common interests.0 0 0 0I feel like you should care this much
But at the same time she sounds stuck up and sorta reminds me of uncle ruckus from the boondocks1 1 0 0This seems to be quite the dilemma.
0 0 0 0Fuck her. That's so ignorant I can't even...
1 0 0 0I don't think they're ashamed of being black. I think it may
just be personal preference. I know white women who date only black guys.0 0 0 0Doesn't bother me none.
0 0 0 0I don't have a problem dating black men I just perfer why men... and it's strange because it wasn't until I got to college when white guys sparked my interested
0 0 0 0"but when black women solely want to date white men, it's because they are ashamed of being black."
Why? Do you say that about white girls that don't date white guys? There are more of them than black girls.
A lot of people like to attribute their attraction to other things in an attempt to explain it. It usually can't be explained. You like what you like.0 0 0 0I'm a black man myself and I couldn't care less.
