How can I deal with getting caught by my parents?

My parents caught me sneaking around to have sex and now my sex life is ruined I think. I lie to them about where I’m going and they saw me there and knew I was having sex. Now I can’t lie to them about that anymore. How can I deal with the fact that my sex life might be ruined now because I wasn’t careful about not being caught? Keep in mind I’m over 18 and my parents still treat me like a child unfortunately and it’s affecting my relationships with guys.

  • Your profile says you are 25-29 years old. You should have moved out of your parents' home many years ago. If you want to be independent. . . be independent, but don't complain about the consequences of the dependency which YOU have chosen.

    • And your profile says you are 69 when you were at that age life was extremely more affordable. Younger people aren’t moving out because they can’t afford it- it’s very simple and a quick google search of credible sources would provide you that information.   • That's how life is. Stay home with parents is economically convenient but they do try to control you. Maybe considering move out, get some friends and live together, so you can have more flexibility on how to manage your lifestyle
