Like any movie, whether pornographic or cinematic, the actors and actresses have their scenes cut so only the best remains. What you see isn't the whole thing, like in any movie, you'll only catch the good parts. Stretching that area is fundamental as if they go in unprepared, they will literally get fucked so badly.
