How do you deal with having too large boobs?

My boobs have grown 3 cup sizes during the last year - I put on around 10 lbs and it seems that all of that weight went into my boobs. I went from a 34C to a 34F.

It really sucks to have boobs this big, my back can't handle it, I can't stand upright anymore and just generally hate having these boobs.

I got many stretch marks on my boobs as a result of them growing this fast.

I'm 19 now, I just honestly didn't expect going from having a handful of breasts to having 2 handfuls lol. Hate it.

  • First off I know it sucks but you should be really grateful that of all places, the weight you gain goes to your boobs. Most others aren't that lucky. Second, yeah that much does sound painful on your back. The only 2 things I know of that can help is 1) a super supportive bra (how and where to find it I have no clue) and 2) an actual reduction surgery

    • I only wear sports bras nowadays, it's unbearable otherwise. Can't take off my bra during sex, which sucks (my boyfriend loves my boobs though). I agree that I'm lucky that almost all of the weight went into my boobs, but I would've preferred to keep my smaller boobs, I actually liked them. After ovulating, my boobs swell up an entire ADDITIONAL cup size, so then I'm 34G and I'm literally constantly in pain.

    • C cups aren't small. Well, maybe they feel like that now... anyways, are the sports bras working satisfactorily

  • If they are that big of a problem, I wouldn't blame you if you got a reduction. The only other thing is you may just have to work on strengthening your back muscles to help hold your posture currently before you start really causing permanent damage to your back.

    • working on my back muscles is a great suggestion, thanks!

    • Your welcome. Always try and keep a healthy posture, If you decide to keep you much bigger girls.

    • Thanks for MHO!

  • If you lose some weight, you'll also likely see it come from your boobs, so that might help without having to worry about surgery or other back problems. But, yeah, some girls have big boobs, and sometimes they don't finish growing until you're 19-20.
I recommend you do what you can to embrace them (figuratively) and appreciate them for what they are. I have no doubt they can be inconvenient at times, but try to keep a positive attitude, and appreciate the upsides too.

  • I bet you wish that picture was of you, don't you?

    • Lol you mean the photoshopped pic of the model with professional makeup?

    • I don't even know what to say lol. You know, women should support women instead of putting them down, but aside from that, what are you implying? That my stomach isn't as flat as that model's? I have the same stature as the girl in the picture, my boobs are just as slightly saggy and have a similar size in comparison to my body. That's why I used it. It's representational, obviously it's not me. @samfromfl exactly.

  • ... umm... yeah... not a problem i have 👀

  • Guys like it, girls want it. Just flaunt it

    • Thank you for the encouragement :) I really appreciate it.

  • As far as I know, breast reduction is the only option. :-/

  • That's excellent, honey. Boobs are never bad to look at - large or small.

    • Everything isn't appearance. Her back is hurting because of the additional weight pull on her back, and with them growing so fast her back did naturally adjust for it.

  • I have large breasts too and hating them (back pain, expensive bras, nothing nice to wear) planning on losing weight to see if that helps, if not I'm gonna get surgery.

    • I agree that the bras are expensive af...

  • Tell me about it. The same exact thing happened with my balls.

    • oh my

  • Start off by losing the 10lbs you gained, that should help a lot. Then look into breast reduction surgery. Nice boobs by the way!

    • I don't intend on losing the weight for mental health reasons. The picture isn't mine but thanks anyways!

  • Loose that’s the way the cookie crumbles, girls put it on, their bums, bellies, and boobs.

  • If you lose the 10 lbs that would take them back down. But you don’t like how they look?

    • Losing the weight is something I'm working on, but I know that I'll hate my body if I do, I always hate my body when it changes.

    • You don’t like how it looks in pics?

    • I like how it looks naked. When I put clothes on, my best features aren't highlighted that well.

  • F-cup with 34 band must look really big. But you probably also are not overweight, yet you have such amazing boobs.
Aside from them being too heavy to carry around - I see it as a plus. Too bad they're hard to have, cause the boobs on your picture look amazing.

    • I'm not overweight, that's right. The picture isn't me!

    • Yeah, sure, but I understand that those look similar to your boobs, right? That's why I said they're probably great :)

    • Yes, they are :) Thank you!

    • Ok, then you're cute and sexy :)

  • I'm suddenly craving pineapple.

  • Breast reduction. Workout on your back muscles?

  • Wow that's realy big. I mean D ist nice but F wow that's realy heavy

    • Yeah, they're very heavy.

  • I like it

  • love stretch marks on big boobs. and 34F is the perfect size

  • Buy an isokinator classic and the Isohook strap. Do the M6C exercise one day on, and one day off. It's a risk free way to build up the back muscles and your entire core. Just make sure you stand up straight on each rep. I used to get all kinds of back ache, now it's gone ever since doing that. Many will recommend weights instead, but that's because they don't understand the isokinator, and weights have the risk of injury. The isokinator has a free 30 day guarantee and a 20 year warranty. You could go to the Facebook isokinator group to learn more, or ask your question there. I've seen quite a few women over there showing their journey.

It's possible that exercise and making sure you're not eating in excess could even make a difference to the chest size issue.
