This is a story I’ve told before, but it is relevant:

This sort of question seems very odd to me.
Under what situation would a woman be manipulating a guy's penis, but not expect him to at some point cum? Do women think we can hold it in, redirect it, warn you, or time it? Because we can't.
We never know exactly how long it will take to cum, how much stimulation will be required, how arousing you will be, or how sensative it will be at the time. Its a crapshoot, it happens when it happens, and we get milliseconds worth of warning between feeling the orgasm start and blowing a load. Its not enough time to say even a word (not that we can even talk most of the time during orgasms anyway, or move for that matter, since it makes our body seize up)
If you don't want jizz in your face, either move your face away from it while touching it, or put it in your mouth, or leave it alone. There is no pause button for that equipment, and it is not some finely tuned thing that we have complete control over.
I've had some facials, can't say I was ever surprised. Maybe a little hesitant at first. The only real "surprise" was a particularly strong one that was meant to be a pull out and sprayed up my body, most didn't get to my face, but some did.
