If you are going to pretend that 99% of all the major and deadly jobs that keep society going are not done by males. You are going to have an uphill battle. Women don't turn lesbians. Some are lesbians, some are bisexuals. The former straight ones who "turned" lesbians out of frustration towards men are more likely to be bisexuals who choose to only date girls. That's it.

Because women are much more attractive than men. So the idea of becoming a lesbian is a much more attractive situation for a woman to be in than for a guy to become gay if he's fed up of women...
