How to have safe or safer unprotected anal with girlfriend?

So my girlfriend and I have been having protected anal with use of condoms and it’s been great. But once we were playing around to see what it would feel like with raw and I was just going in and out with the tip which felt so much better. So in the heat of the moment we both wanted it all and I also ended up finishing inside her ass. We’ve never done anal raw or finished inside her ass or pussy. We’ve always been cautious and careful so used condoms. I know having unprotected anal can leads to hiv and aids but is there anyway to have safe unprotected anal or minimise that at all? I know porn is fake and all but they often have unprotected anal and seem to be fine even mixing partners. Cheers

The risk for disease is from someone who may have a disease.

If you are exclusive, I don't see that as a risk.

Make sure you are both sti tested and are clean. If you want to not use condoms then you should use another type of protection if she is comfortable with that such as the pill. Pregnancy from anal sex can still occur if semen slips into the vagina.

Once my girlfriend and I were exclusive to each other, off came the condoms. If exclusive and disease free, there is really nothing to worry about. If you are have sex with multiple people then I’d go with the condoms

In the porn industry, STI testing is mandatory. Regardless, getting STI tested isn't a big deal and should be done regularly if you gone through the ringer of multiple partners.

Make sure both of you are std/sti free and if you are sleeping with other people as well make sure they don't have anything either if all that is good to go then go raw for anal sex... I don't use condoms for anal sex and have him finish in me

We should have a std and sti check soon to be safe but we’ve not been having PIV sex for while as she’s been having an on going issue which we’re trying to resolve, hence trying anal. We’ve both never had other partners and been together since being virgins. We don’t see other people either. Oh nice that’s good to know thank you it’s definitely much nicer for us both
