How would you feel if most women had short hair?

On my other question, I asked if men would be willing to grow their hair long if their partner found it hot. Would you be willing to grow your hair long if your partner was sexually attracted to that?
& Some guys said "why are you with a guy if you don't like him?" Well first off, most men don't have long hair so there aren't many options.
Secondly, a preference for long hair doesn't mean we don't find a short-haired man attractive. It's just that he'd be even hotter with long hair, the same way a man may find a woman hotter if she wears certain clothes.
I mean - I looked through some polls here & most men said they find long hair more attractive on women - how would (most) men feel if most women cut their hair short? It doesn't mean they won't find women attractive at all, but I'm sure they'd still hope that a woman would grow her hair long, because it'd make her even hotter.

  • If most women had short hair, I simply wouldn't date most women.

    It is not "that" unattractive, but it is a personal choice to look the way that doesn't particularly appeal to me.
    I personally wouldn't be able to help myself and feel entitled to my partner making *some* effort to appeal to me, but that isn't fair towards someone who chose to have the look they have long before they met me.
    So I would simply avoid them and not consider them dating material.

    Same goes for other stylistic and lifestyle choices such as "gym thicc thighs", subculture fashion etc.

  • It's not about what the guy likes, it's about her, and what she likes, and maybe she tries a short-cut style, and you really don't like it. SO WHAT!!
    It's about her, and she is amazing, and I just go with it and figure out how to love it, because it's her, and her body, and I don't own her, and sometimes she surprises me with things I never thought I would like!!
    I never thought I liked short hair, on women, until I met Nicole, in college!

  • When I was young and naive I had long hair in high school. Then I when I was 27 I cut my hair short because my Mother was just diagnosed with cancer. I took care of her 24/7 and didn't have the time to waste with long hair. Here I am 45 and I have had my head shaved twice for brain surgery. I now have a medical device in my brain that can be accessed through my scalp. Shorter hair is a necessity.

  • I'm am one of those people with short. I love it and I highly recommend it. It would be great if a lot more girls took interest in having short hair. Yeah you won't be able to do much but it is much easier to take care of.

    • Yeah I used to have it long. I always wanted it short but myomectomy refused for the longest time. My hair is extremely thick and it causes a health issue during the summer and ba k when I used to work in fast food cus I have fainted due to the heat. I was finally able to get it cut it pixie short when i moved out and its the best decision i ever made and i have had this style for a few years now.

  • I mean, if you look in our histpry you can find pretty fkt up hair styles that was classified as hot at the time. So it would just be more like another trend.

  • For me, someone woman look incredible with short hair. Either way though, hair length doesn't hugely bother me (although baldness would certainly change my attraction towards someone).

  • I prefer a woman with long hair. It was only once, but I thought this girl was so beautiful I didn't even notice her very short hair. The thing is that I was thinking... "Wow she would be a total knockout with long hair". I would date her, then let her know how I felt about it.

  • It strongly depends on her face. Short hair like in the picture just doesn't work on everyone, no matter how much they may want it to. I like shoulder length hair. Pixie cuts and such just aren't a turn on for me. I have nothing against the style, it just doesn't appeal me. Estrogen promotes hair growth on the head and as such makes me think of femininity. Longer hair just looks more feminine and that's what I like.
