Guys, I've noticed my boyfriend giggles my boobs while he is sucking them. He gets so into it and I don't know why. Why do some guys do this?

He will just giggle them (sometimes vigorously) up and down non stop only when he is sucks my breasts or plays with them and he gets so into it. I like it but what's up with this?
