    At best you make a name for yourself.

    It could lead to you being moved to another department as to not creating a conflict or to stop either of you using it to get special flavours.

    Depending on the job there could be a health or hygiene issue raised relating to spillage of bodily fluids.

    Upper management would probably just be more concerned over it happening while being paid for work.
