I would get up and leave if the woman that invited me over to her place spent her whole time on her phone ignoring me. I would be polite about it but I would get up and leave. If I'm not worth her time to put down the phone and pay attention to me then she isn't worth my time either and I will find another woman who is worth my time. Now if she busted out a playstation or any game system and we were both playing together that would be a different story.

Oh yeah thats a 100% leave. If a girl or guy invited me over because they want sex and are texting other guys/gals Id dip out. here's the thing sex doesn't involve social media/texting other people. If you want sex from me 1 of 2 things is gonna happen
1) we will spend quality time together and get to know one another and slowly escalate, focusing on one another, while learning about and from each other throughout that time. And or have done this previously at some point
2) I might be drunk, and it might the pregiven mood of the party or date. I usually have pretty good judgement but alchohol can play a role in mitigating that.
So to recap yes id say wanting sex and not making you the center of focus is highly offensive and degrading.
