Im not talking about boyfriends here Say you see one of your guy friends naked and he is huge or you hear from a girlfriend that a guy you know is hung. Will you act differently around them? Would you start to Be more friendly? Would it make it flat out awkward? Or would you just be like "a penis is a penis" and not change at all

Nope. If he had to tell me he has a big dick, and we aren't dating or about to have sex, I'll either ignore it or not hang out with any more.
I'm pretty sure seeing a friend's dick is awkward regardless of size.
