If that's how you feel, don't you think that maybe there isn't any trust and that maybe it is time to spend some time apart? Im a very insecure person myself and have on multiple occasions accused my partner of cheating yet he shows me no reason to believe that other then the lack of sex but like I've been told time after time again, if you believe your partner is seeing someone else, then it is time to take some distance from them and evaluate whether or not it is worth sticking around

Have you tried to talk to her about it? To see why she is so shy now? It does sound like she might be hiding something but you never know, maybe she is going through something deeper that she hasn't told you about. Yeah I definetly understand that, but I think you deserve to know the truth and if she is having an affair, then you deserve better then that, you deserve someone who is as committed to you as you are to them.
