Is 32d a weird bra size for a 14 year old girl?

hey. So yeah, I just recently turned 14. I'm 5'2, not really overweight or anything, and my bra size is 32d... :'D I feel like it's kind of weird and I'm a little insecure about it. I feel like it's too big for my age and i kinda feel slutty bc of my body. :/ A lot of my friends make fun of me and I experience a lot of sexual harrassment from boys AND grown a** men because of my bra size. -__- Which hasn't helped me feel better about myself.

I just feel super weird about it, and I want to know if i should be concerned about it at all? :/ So, i guess I'd just like to know if this is normal for my age? :(

  • I think that is unusually big, but that's just how it goes, sometimes- it's not a bad thing (though some of it consequences certainly can be!). If you have medical or health concerns, those're questions for your doctor. Also- as someone with a sister and several female cousins, I'd suggest going to see a professional bra fitter (most lingerie stores will have one); wearing the wrong size can be very uncomfortable, and if you're bigger, you need more support. I imagine it's rather awkward, especially at your age, but I'm told the difference is totally worth it. You choose what your moral character will be, no one else. Be the kind of person that you want to be; those who judge your for your looks aren't really worth worrying about.

    And speaking as someone who remembers his teenage years: that time of life often really sucks. You'll have people blathering on about how "These are the best years of your life!"; resist the urge to punch them. It does get better.

  • Maybe weird for other girls of your age but you have to stop thinking like that.

    You're of an age where you're still growing as a young woman so you have to learn to live and more importantly love what you've got.

    Make sure you've had a professional measure you as many women will attest to ill fitting bras and are surprised when they learn what their actual size is.

    You don't even have to go alone, take a friend, your Mother or a close female relative and all get measured together so it doesn't feel like it's just you going through it alone.

    Why not treat yourself to a new bra at the same time and get your shopping fix?

    Be comfortable in your skin and dress appropriately to how you want to feel and what you're comfortable with.

    At the end of the day they're always going to be there so learn to love them and be proud of them!

    • You're welcome! I took my last girlfriend to a very well known department store to get measured and she came out... two cup size bigger! Needless to say I bought her some new lingerie whilst we were there. The point being the women that measure you have seen it all before and are well accustomed to women being all nervous, shy and generally uncomfortable in getting undressed for a stranger, but they take it in their stride as that's their job role. Try it, go get measured to put your mind at rest so you know for sure what size bra you should be wearing and then smile... You'll make many a girl envious with your assets!   • I can relate as I had boobs around that size when I was 14 (though I was 5'8" but still)..

    Anyhow, you have to start hanging out around different people. Everyone develops at a different time (like some chicks don't start filling out till they're 15 or 16). There's nothing wrong with your boobs coming in at 14 and anyone who has the nerve to call you names or sexually assault you for any reason should be cut from your life immediately. Don't let trash like that influence how happy you feel about yourself.

  • It’s a little bit bigger than average but nothing to worry about. When I was 12 I had a 30DD with 14 I had 28F and they are still not done so 😨

  • I don't think it's weird at all. When I was around your age I recall two girls in our school class had about that size.
    They were getting a lot of attention, that's for sure, but I don't think it's that weird, just quite rare.
