I've been giving massages to family members and friends, also in front of their partners xD just being friendly/helpful.. touching with your hands at a none sexual place is not cheating.
Also if a partner was saying they wanted to give me a massage and started using their mouth I would be disappointed. Hands can give much more pressure which is essential for a good massage for me, and I would not call using anything else than the hands is a massage.

Cmon. It's like every single thing is cheating or racist nowadays. If your girlfriend receives a massage or becomes a masseuse, she is 100% cheating. If your boyfriend receives a massage or becomes a masseuse, it is 100% not cheating. MEN AND WOMEN ARE DIFFERENT
Not surprised, that guys think that massaging boobs, vagina, or penis is not cheating or oral sex is not cheating. When they are both actually cheating.
A massage from a professional massage therapist in a non-sexual manner is not cheating. Other massages can be if there is sexual/suggestive touching. Massages can also be used as an excuse to touch someone that could lead to cheating.
