I don't think it's a turnoff whatsoever if a girl is overly sensitive in her private areas. I think it is more of a turn off for the girl if her partner does not take that into consideration when he is being intimate with her. Also, if being oversensitive that the girl does not allow her private parts to be touched... That is also a reason to be turned off from the woman. But if her partner can take it into consideration and“ be gentle with her”, a good and intimate time can be enjoyed by both.
