  • If his penis didn't go in, you didn't have intercourse, but most people would consider oral as having sex.

Well, William Jefferson Clinton (former US President) didn't consider oral as sex, but the public did.

  • I am older, but when I grew up, anything involving naked play was viewed as sex. That may or may not be accurate. At the minimum, if an orgasm or ejaculation was achieved, it was sex. Today, I am more and more leaning away from that view and I tend to think intercourse is sex. Yet, it really is just semantics.

Most Helpful Girls

  • Please never ever have sex. The risk of you getting pregnant and some child being lumbered with such a mother is scary

    • We're all gonna die and you want her to go whole life without experiencing one of best things in life. For something you can abort anyways? Lol

    • Not to mention the many contraceptions

  • Sexual intercourse is any amount of penis in vagina.
