Depending on the placement I think so. They have implants that sit higher and look more round than natural breasts. If I get mine done I want them to sit high and be round cause I like the look

Yes. Especially in a bikini it's too round and stiff to be natural. Even in a tank top you can sort of tell because they don't jiggle as much and the girls are too cautious about them in fear that they'll pop.

I don't think I'm smart enough to realize when a girl has had a boob job done, unless they straight up defy gravity ^^
I also imagined you could tell easily by feeling them, but I am very definitely not an expert in that department :(

If you see her topless, there are some rather obvious giveaways. 1. When lying down face up, her breasts don't have a natural bit of (how do I say this diplomatically), sag to the outside edges of her body. Even very sizable implants will stand very upright on the chest. 2. No matter how well the surgery has been done, there will be at least a slightscar at the bottom fold of the breast.
And of course- 3. The touch is different, particularly while it is still a recent surgery since the implants may not have had time to "settle in". In some cases, the breast may feel fibrotic.
And with clothes- 4. You should be able to notice the difference in cleavage.
That would not be a deal-breaker for me.

If she originally has little breast tissue to cover up the implants, yes, it's pretty obvious. It also depends on the woman's cicatrization... some heal really badly and they end up looking like balloons.

When I was single, unless it was medically necessary, like it's to repair the appearance after winning a battle with breast cancer.. No.. I don't want to be with someone that wishes tu surgically alter their body.

Sometimes, when they go for the really unnatural look. But push-up bras can give a similar effect, so you would have to see it overtime. Go me personally, I often have a hard time noticing
