If they appear too good to be true they probably implants imho, if they are large, not saggy, and perfectly symmetrical I would guess they are implants, if the girl has a penis though, that's a dead giveaway,,,

Which means they'll get cheaper boob jobs, with a visible scar and a boob shape completely unnatural. Also, for some reasons, most women getting it go for big and round boobs. But really round, like an inflated balloon.
