Personally, I like anal sex, but I can see the argument. A penis isn’t necessarily designed to go in a mouth, but a mouth is designed for things to go into it. A butt is designed for things to come out of it. I guess some people feel it’s a one way path.

Physiologically, it's unnatural. But humans have evolved to derive pleasure from sex, so we've manifested certain behaviors that reflect that, anal and oral being two of them. Personally I find anal sex disgusting, but I'm not one to tell others how to live. What's important is everyone is on the same age and nobody is dishing guff over harmless sexual preferences.

Why not? Feces are riddled with pathogenic microorganisms, as is the rectum. We are naturally prone to avoiding feces and their smell, and I don't like the idea of my penis coming into contact with those kinds of surfaces.
