What if a man is so pathetic he needs to take online pills to make him feel like his package is bigger?

No it would be sad or pathetic to be that fat and not see your package.
If you need a pill to get an erection, thank the Lord that there is a pill to do that.
And if you don't know, about half the men out there will need a pill to get an erection later in life... sad as it is. Not pathetic though, just a fact of life.

There can be a number of medical reasons why someone would need to take viagra to get an erection, including medication being a problem itself. Obviously if it's self inflicted like a massive weight problem because he's a lazy over eater then I have no sympathy. But if its a genuine medical issue no I don't think its sad.

Well if they are taking meds for ED which can and does happen to younger guys as well as older men, then absolutely no it is great to have something to keep them going sexually.
Now if you are talking about someone taking pills to make a bigger penis then yes I would laugh and think they were a pathetic loser.

Nah. It happens. Most of the time it is stress or maybe some other health issue. Viagra is fun. I have been with two guys who have used it. Their erections were amazing on the stuff and they could really fuck on it. I highly recommend them even jsut recreationally.
