usually the way this sort of thing is is if someone is insistant on someone being a cheat without proof, just basing their accusations purely on paranoia and no factual evidence... the chances of them (instead of the accused) being the guilty ones who have actually cheated is a lot higher and more likely... and in my experience
the types more likely to assume cheating would be
1) Insecure types...
2) players and actual cheaters
3) untrusting types...
cheaters will attempt to place blame so as to justify to themselves and those around them why they cheated... so they blame those they are with because in their minds it makes then look more ok with cheating on their partner

I guess you felt looser than usual or his dick wasn't as hard as usual. Some people are super paranoid about getting betrayed. My girlfriend would have bad dreams about me cheating on her. She would wake up in the morning and be seriously mad at me.
