Im an identical twin,18 with 6 other brothers 1 sister. Weve (boys) done it all our lives. She asked to dont. Purposly do it around our sister. Look, she's our Mother! No, I don't think this is something that most guys do. Yes, she's seen me naked once or twice as a teen (having to pee while she was in the bath, and only having one bathroom, etc.), but not just randomly, casually walking around naked, no.

Granted, I don't think it's a huge deal if a family is comfortable with nudity, but, in the US at least, I think that's very much the exception rather than the rule.
