If you haven't had sex then you're still a virgin. Being a virgin doesn't mean your hymen is still intact, it can be broken from exercise or even done for medical reasons. (And doesn't necessarily break from sex for all girls.)

Oh he did break it with his penis? It's interesting that people would count a single stroke as having had sex, but they seem to... So I guess if his penis has been in your vagina at all then you're not a virgin. But does it really matter? It's just a label with a somewhat arbitrary definition, whether you actually count as a virgin doesn't change anything about what you've done - And I don't see why you should be ashamed of having done that anyway.
