  • If your parents or adult guardians will not believe you, find a psychologist or social worker or therapist who will. Report the rape to them and they will have to contact police and help you file charges. You are not his only victim. You might think you are, but rapists are practically NEVER one-time, one-person rapists.

Your reportage and filing charges against him will stop him forever. You need lots of support to get through this. But once he is charged and has to face a judge and jury, and prison time, his harassment will stop. He will go to jail.

Stay strong and get him off the street and away from other children who will also be scarred like you are. Keep going to therapy to make yourself whole and happy again. This was not your fault. Rapists prey on the innocent.

You no longer are a victim. Stop him in his tracks. Don't tell him anything about what you're doing. Simply keep quiet and keep away from him. Block his phone calls or any contact he has with you. Get a pro bono lawyer to help you. You might go to a law school and get students to help you file.

It is awful you've suffered this. Stop this bastard. Don't feel sorry for him. He has a sickness and you have to stop him from using you or others to fuel this addiction. Good luck.

  • You can call cops and women's aid for protection but that's what you should do but I would be a lot more vengeful.
Provided you live in a western country this is what you could do. Start recording all phonecalls, conversations and video him, keep a diary of everything he does. If you can get him on tape admitting what he did when you were 10. Ideally if he's still raping you, being violent, harassing you, coercing you into sex or sexually harassing you then you want to get that on video especially if you are telling him it's not OK. The more evidence you get that establishes his behaviour towards you the more likely you will get a conviction.

Most Helpful Guys

  • Secure as much evidence as possible (especially if you have record of his casual admission of the crime), and report them to law-enforcement.

Some jurisdictions have NO statute-of-limitations for sex-crimes against minors, so the crime 8years ago can still be chargeable.

To be safe research the laws in your jurisdiction. (Or better yet, visit the website of your jurisdiction's relevant law-enforcement agencies, and consult them.)

  • Go to the police or a women's support group.

    • How is your uncle related to you? Go to the parent who is your uncle's sibling or husband of your parent's sibling.

  • Notify the police and they will surveil him and arrest him when they can gather evidence.

  • Multiple choice question.
    A) report to the police
    B) share your story on GAG so guys can have a wank.
    And the answer is...

    • You are a very sick person to say these things to a rape victim.

  • Tell your parents and also report him to the police. He broke the law and needs to go to jail.

  • Tell your parents or elders.

  • Try and gather some evidence of his harassment, and then report it to the police. I'm really sorry this has happened to you. You don't need to let this sick individual ruin your life any further, take back control of the situation and show him that you will no longer stand for his abuse. ❤️

  • Nothing much you can do, except leave the house as an adult and file charges.

  • Report him to the police

  • Gather the evidence and get authorities involved.

  • Tell the police and take yourself to a hospital

  • Call the cops!! MIGHT be best to get some evidence on him, first, though.

  • tell people, report him, shoot him if you have to

  • honestly, i'd get the authorities involved. do your parents know this?

  • Gather as much evidence and report him to the police. Since you were 10 years old he would have to register as a sex offender when he gets out of jail

  • Collect evidence and report him to the police

  • How is he threatening you?

  • Report him to the police immediately.

  • report him to cops.

  • How come you never told anyone?

  • Take him to xourt5

  • Pretty sure you'd speak with an authoritative figure about it and not post on social media
