  • For me it's when I have some free time and can just enjoy myself and not think about responsibilities. Or when I meditated and I feel calm and ready for life. Or when I've finished a bunch of tasks that were weighing on my mind I feel good :). Inner peace is really important to me :) You can't enjoy life when you don't have it. There are other good feelings but they're more complicated usually. Other people are involved or you have to plan an activity and do it like going for a hike etc. And often the good feelings don't come in a predictable or reliable way so I don't chase those. I just make sure I do the basics of life well and whatever comes on top of that I take as a bonus :)
