So - periods suck. Especially when it comes to getting down. Does anyone have any helpful advice as to how to possibly... “pause” the unfortunate flow or how to enhance sexy time while on your period? I've heard that cold water shower can shock the system enough to pause period blood flow for a bit but I have no idea if that's true. It doesn't sound like it should work to me, but human bodies are weird so maybe it does

I always took showers but sex helps lighten the flow. Put a towel down or you both can have shower sex

It's possible, I've done it. On a bed, put a towel down to protect the bedding. For oral, try it in the shower.
