  • Actually its more of a sexual turn on. For short term relationships. The man may adore you, but its his worry that his friends will find out and accuse him of being gay. Long term relationships keeping your penis generally will never work unless the man has some heavy bi tendencies. Even then it is difficult soley due to social discrimination. An openly gay man wouldn't care, but gay men are not really into the transgender. You're identifying as a female. I'm transsexual, meaning I identify as female/woman, not on hormones but was born with a female like body and feminine aspects. But I'm interchangeable and can be both masculine and feminine. Dominant though either way. I've been through this my whole life, and do know what I'm speaking of and based on much documented research and psychology/ and sexual behavioral psychology. Although bi, I definitely prefer biological females for any long term settled relationship, however, I have a very open mind as life changes. As trans If you look female/feminine id be attracted to you , even more than a biological female if you were post surgery. For me at this stage in my life I'd be prepared and strong minded to love whomever I make a decision to be with and defend it despite social pressure. Having your penis is not a deal breaker for me. If it is you to whom you are referring, message me privately.

    • You are a beautiful girl from your face. Cute as well. Feminine

  • As a trans girl, you have options.
You can stay as you are with a penis and testes
You can get your nuts chopped off - oligarchy
You can get everything chopped off and -
    - a small vagina with no insertion
    - a nice vagina that will take insertion
Just know that any surgery you have is permanent - no turning back.
My advice is to find a group that is Transgender friendly and supportive. Google it.
I belong to a group in Sacramento that is Trans friendly and I know a number of girls going through some for of HRT all the way up to surgeries.
Me, I just dress and look cute.

    • Thanks for the MHO :) Write to me if you want.

  • Don't listen to the haters. They have probably never met a transgender person. There is nothing wrong with being transgender. I have several close friends who are MTF transgender. As to whether you should get bottom surgery, that is something you have to decide. Are you into girls, guys, or both? I am a bi girl and I have a thing for trans girls. I prefer that they still have their original equipment. LoL.

  • If you like having a penis, then keep it. If you want a vagina, get one. You do you girl.

  • That is something so personal a decision only you should decide whether you want and whether you need it.

  • For the guys I know who like trans they want the penis.

As far as me id prefer the penis if I ever got with a trans female. I just love penis in general tho.

  • Who am I to say, for you?
If I met a "trans woman" living as a woman, and I got to know her, and REALLY care about her, thinking she was a woman, I don't think that I would care, if she decided to keep her penis, and testicles, but I think most have their testicles removed.
I want to believe that I am open-minded enough, and our relationship is good, and we have a lot in common!
I'm sure that there would be a VERY interesting conversation, at some point, but HER being a "HER" with a penis, I don't think would be any bother, because we had already established a good relationship, before I knew!
What kind of ASSHOLE would reject someone, that they were in a good relationship with, loving, caring, over something that is so superficial?
Obviously, there would be some things to discuss about "Who's on Top" and so on!! LOL!!

  • There are people out there who will want you as you are so that in its own is a reason not to have bottom surgery.

Personally and this is just me I would be able to date a trans woman but personally it would have to be someone going to have or already had bottom surgery I just wouldn't be comfortable sleeping together and ending up having a sword fight.

But please do not take my position on this to heart its just how I feel.

  • For most guys. But it should be about what you want. Do you want a penis and testicles dangling in between your legs and causing constant discomfort? Or do you want a nice flat crotch that doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb at random times?

    • it's actually pretty successful in porn-because of the unique aspect.

    • not that i'm advocating for sex work or such.

  • If this surgery is going to make you feel more like yourself then go for it. No one can tell you otherwise.
Just do your research, please with professionals and the trans community and see what your options are.

  • I have a friend that loves trans porn (with sick and balls intact) apparently its one of the most popular categories on porn hub do whatever makes you happy :)

  • If you want to be a girl then you are better off getting the whole surgery done , but it mainly comes down to your decision and what kind of people you are attracted to

  • No, you should not. I think the best is accept yourself as you are, you are a man *-* accept your nature 🤗

  • Only get the surgery if it's what you want. Don't worry about what others will or won't find attractive.

  • I think it's very attractive and sexy. I would know exactly how to pleasure her, because I know what feels good. I've always wanted to be with a trans girl. Dating a trans girl would be so much fun.

  • Some guys like it but do what makes ya happy

  • Its your body. Your choice. You have to weigh out the pros and cons and decide what you really want. Best not to rush it and no need to be stressed over it. You're making this decision for yourself. All the best :)

    • @emmablack2442 can we pm if you don't mind?

  • is it a turn off for a trans girl to have a penis and testicles?

Yep, for any straight man or gay woman it is

  • that depends on the person i know youd probably get more interest from men if you do get the surgery

  • Will that surgery make you feel better about yourself? If so, then definitely trade in that penis for a vagina. Good luck GIRL!

    • Also, if you are interested in penetrative sex, having a vagina is definitely the way to go

    • thanks! i normally like anal because i like the penetration

    • @emmablack2442 then just imagine how delicious vaginal is going to feel.

  • Honest question... have you had top surgery? If so, what do you do with your penis now? Do you masturbate etc?
If yes, you have to ask yourself will you miss that when once removed? Big move it is

    • no top surgery but hormones made me grow breasts. i do masturbate and i think after surgery its still possible to masturbate unless they mess up the surgery

    • I would think researching the chances of “messing up the surgery” would be... can you imagine not being able to get off? This would be the deciding point for me, honestly. It’s one thing for others to “not be turned on” because of what I have or look like, it’s a completely different animal altogether if I couldn’t orgasm. Thoughts? Plus to answer your question, I’ve never been with or seen a transgender naked so it sure what it would do I guess. Love boobs though LOL

    • it would be horrible to not be able to get off

  • Personally, i only care about femininty. If you are a petite girl, i don't care if you have a penis between your legs. I find it rather different and sexy tbh. Hotter than a cis girl, more stuff to do! Most guys would agree with me i think.
Do you want to own a vagina personally?

    • i would be ok with a penis or vagina

  • I can never figure these things out. A trans girl is a woman who wants to be a man, or a man who wants to be a woman?

Say trans girl means a man who wants to be a woman. Can a trans girl then be a lesbian who only likes sex with women?

    This is so confusing!

    • male to female. you're talking about a trans male.

    • I will explain. Transgender is a gender identity issue, not a sexual issue. A transgender female is a male that gender wise identifies as a female. You do not have to have girl parts to identify as trans. It means to identify as the opposite gender as in which you were born. Just because I'm biologically male identifying as female, doesn't flip a magical switch that makes me stop being attracted to women. If a trans female (still biologically male) is physically, socially and sexually attracted to another male, then they've always had deep rooted gay tendencies. To answer your question, if a trans female is attracted to females, technically they could be dubbed lesbians, but thats not the truth. A trans female is still biologically male and in terms of science is still in a heterosexual relationship with the females they've always desired. Remember, you may identify as the other gender, but it is scientifically impossible to change one's inert human biology in which they were born. Hormones do not have a transfemale grow ovaries. Chemistry changes but not biology. The term would be better served by using trangender woman and transgender man.

    • "Remember, you may identify as the other gender, but it is scientifically impossible to change one's inert human biology in which they were born." I'm sure you meant innate. And yes, it's true. I have been making this exact point for years. You can surgically alter your body parts and supplement your hormones, but it does not change the markers that indicate your gender within every cell of your body. Okay, so yes, you can be a trans female lesbian. In fact you seem to suggest that this would be the norm. No wonder they have such a challenge finding partners. A trans female lesbian would have to find a woman who wants to be with a male who identifies as a female. Hmmmm... so if a woman wants a trans female partner, does that make her a lesbian or is she heterosexual? You need a PhD to decipher this code.
