Here in the US, we don't have the same class associations with accents that the UK does (or the same attitudes about class behind them, either), and the way our accent patterns developed (and were relatively quickly obliterated by the spread of radio and television) means that ours tend to be more consistent: the flat Nebraskan that you hear all the time in our TV and movies isn't the only one we have, but it forms of the basis of how most of us talk.

Consequently, to us, other accents are exotic and cute. I doubt you'd have ANY problems over here. The UK, and the rest of the Anglosphere, I can't speak for.

Too few people with dedent accents these days. I love seeing clips of tv newsreaders from the 50's and 60's. Too many local accents now.

As for me, a bit of East Anglian with words from Aussie sometimes. My mum has a broad North Yorkshire accent. Uses Aussie words, too. Maternal grandparents are real Aussie!

For you, nothing wrong with your accent. I would imagine it could be a huge turn on for guys!
