Well yes and no. We do care, but it's also way less important than it is to women with guys. Women often view it as an attractive quality, and while some guys do, we don't see it quite the same way. It's not as important when it comes to attraction. But like I say, that's not to say it's not important either.

for Long term, guys care about looks and some personality factors but intelligence is rarely as high as most women put it. Men tend to be looking for "sexy/sweet/loyal/fun". They don't as much as girls so seem to go after women they admire or look up to or are impressed by.
