Saliva has some limitations on lubrication. And also I think that a good hand job should not require lube at all. Afterall when we men masturbate don't have the need for lube at all. Lubrication is needed for penetration purposes, at least when your sex partner genitals can't provide enough of it. Saliva is handy then, but as I said it is limited.

My advice is forget about lubrication. If you want to give a good hand job, watch the way he masturbates and try to replicate it.

Saliva usually works but you need to keep adding more. It's less necessary if the guy is uncut because his own skin moves causing less friction.

Saliva does make good lube but you need to have a lot of it on your hand otherwise it'll dry up fast and it can hurt the guy.

I think most of these guys are missing the point. Spit is a great lube (I personally use it for myself. Never a big fan of lotion) and it's hot to most guys. Being cut or uncut doesn't matter.
