Walking around the house naked?

My boyfriend lives with his mother and both of them recently lost their vehicles. I have my own place but decided that I would save on gas and car mileage by living with them until one of them gets a car. Seem to be taking a really long time 4 months now. So it's me my boyfriend and his mom on the main floor and my Boyfriend cousin and his pregnant girlfriend who lives in the basement. My boyfriend constantly walks around the house naked and go from our bedroom to the bathroom with his dick and balls hanging out. I told him that he was disrespecting me by doing this and he said that I had low self esteem. I have spoken to him on several occasion about walking around the house naked for his cousin girlfriend to see him. He says that it's his mom house and whoever does not like it can leave. He goes on to say that I have low self - esteem. So I told him well how would you like it I walked around the house naked for your cousin to possibly see me. He said that I should do that at my parents house. What do you guys thinks I'm ready to hang the towel to dry because I believe his actions are disrespectful.
